Lynden referred Council to his letter of 11/2:/77 re Case No. 77-22
and Case No. 77-44, Rexeisen & Buesing - Claim of Ram Malik;
recommended that the City conclude its deliberations on the Arden
Lake Knoll proposed preliminary plat: City to not got involved in
the differences between applicants; City's concern is about layout
OT the development parcel from a planning standpoint.

factors which make the governmental agencies and non-profit corpora-
