SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the special City
Council meeting at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Tena Monson,
Emily Rousseau and Kurt Weber
Absent: None
Also present: City Administrator Jessica Jagoe
1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION: Mayor Grant moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a motion to
approve the meeting agenda. The motion carried (5-0).
2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL
None.
3. RESPONSE TO PUBLIC INQUIRIES
None.
4. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Motion to Approve Budget Amendment for the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office
Installation of Flock LPR Safety Cameras
Mayor Grant introduced this item, stating based on the last meeting with the Undersheriff,
Council had requested additional information.
Councilmember Monson stated that the Council had discussed this topic at the May 27 work
session, should the public want to check out the in-depth conversation the Council had with the
ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL—MAY 28, 2025 2
Ramsey County Sheriff's Office. She stated that she and Councilmember Rousseau also wanted
more information, and noted the Council had scheduled tonight's meeting in case the Council had
reached a consensus at the work session.
MOTION: Councilmember Monson moved and Councilmember Rousseau seconded a
motion to table approval of a budget amendment for the Ramsey County
Sheriffs Office installation of Flock LRP safety cameras. The motion carried
(5-0).

MOTION: Councilmember Monson moved and Councilmember Rousseau seconded a
motion to adjourn. The motion carried (5-0).
Mayor Grant adjourned the Special City Council Meeting at 5:08 p.m.
