MijNUTES OF SPEC'A~ COUNCIL MEETiNG

Thursday, November 4, 1976 -5:30p.m.
Village Hall
Ca II to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Crepeau called the
meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Roll Ca II
Present - Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., Counci Imen Charles Crichton,
James Wingert, Robert Woodburn.
Absent - None.
Also Present - Treasurer Donald Lamb, Clerk Administrator Charlotte
. McNlesh.
Canvas of November 2nd Election
After review of the Minutes of the Village Election held on Novem-
ber 2, 1976, Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, -that The Counc I I
accept the November 2nd election returns and declare Henry J. Crepeau
Jr. Mayor for a two year term and Ward M. Hanson and James Wingert
Counc I I men for four year terms. Motion carried unanimously.
Appointment to Fill Counc I I Vacancy
Mayor Crepeau recommended that Ward Hanson be appointed to fill the
Counc II vacancy, resulting from resignaTion of Feyereisan. Woodburn
moved, seconded by Wingert, that Counci i approve Resolution No. 76 -58,
appointing Ward Hanson as Councilman to f I I I the unexpired term of
William Feyereisen. Motion carried unanimously.

Cardiac Pacemakers - Landsca~ln9

2. Release Performance Bond In the amount of $12,500 as of 10-28-76.
3. Require Maintenance Bond for $10,000 to start as of 10-28-76.
Motion carried unanimously. ~-t was nOTed that one WhiTe pine in northwest
corner of site I s to be replaced.
Little Crow Addition
After review of the letter from Marcus Schmidt and t~arlyn Tramm re-
questing Council to award bid to I awest bidder, Wingert moved, seconded
by Woodburn, that Counc I I approve Resolution No. 76-57, Awarding Bid
for LITtle Crow Addition Improvement to the low bidder, Morettlnl
Construction Company for $18,615. Motion carried unanimously.
Adjournment
Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, that meeting adjourn at 5:45 p.m.
