MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr. at
4:00 p.m.

Rolf Call
Present - Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen Charles Crichton,
William Feyerelsen, James Wingert.
Absent - Councilman Robert Woodburn.
Also Present - Village Engineer Donald Christoffersen, Bond Consultant
Peter Popovich, Roger Short, Evelyn Kress and Clerk Adminis-
trator Charlotte McNlesh.
This special meeting was called to discuss the format and presenta-
tion details for the Public Hearing on April 19th. Popovich advised
that the Improvement P-SS-W-ST-75-1 could be presented as Project A _
Hamllne Avenue and Project B - County Road F.
Christoffersen briefly reviewed the overall plans. Short suggested
that all necessary easements should be secured prior to bids. Chris-
toffersen's letter of March 12th concerning unit costs for various
alternates was reviewed In detail. Resolution No. 71-47 establishing
Village policy on assessment rates for sewer and water Improvements
was reviewed. McNlesh was requested to provide details on street
assessment practIces for streets Installed in prior years.
PopoVich will present fiscal data at the Hearing and will prepare
a summary of unit costs, amount recommended to be assessed, etc.
for the various alternates. <Oata to be handed out at the meeting.)
Crichton suggested that Engineer's office prepare transparencies of
the data to be used as a visual aid at the Hearing.
Meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
