The meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m. by Mayor Henry J.
Crepeau, Jr.
Roll Ca II
Present - Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen WI I Ilam Feyereisen,
Charles Crichton, James Wingert, Robert Woodburn.
Absent - None.
Also Present - Donald Lamb and Charlotte McNlesh.

1976 Vi Ila~e Appointments
Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve 1976
Village appointments as listed; consultant appointments to be at
1975 rates. Motion carried unanimously.
Oaths of Office
Mayor Crepeau administered oaths of office to Treasurer Donald Lamb
and Clerk Administrator Charlotte McNlesh.
Designation of Depositories
Wingert moved, seconded by Crichton, that Counci I approve, as amended,
Resolution No. 76-1, DESIGNATiON OF DEPOSITORIES AND CORPORATE
AUTHORIZATION RESOLUTION. I~otion carried unanimously.

Telephone Transfer of Funds
Crichton moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that CouncIl approve Resolu-
tion No. 76-3, RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUC-
TIONS. Motion carried unanimously.
Clerk noted that The Rosevil Ie State Bank advised that they did not
require a separate resolution for telephone transfers involving
Village savings and checking accounts.
1976 Committee Appointments
Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Councl I approve 1976
Committee appointments as amended. Motion carried unanimously.
1976 Salary Schedule
Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Councl I approve 1976
salaries as amended. Motion carried unanimously.
It was noted that salaries for part-time maintenance employees who
may work full-ti.me during the 1976 summer months wi II be reviewed
prior to full-time summer appointment.

Claims
Wingert moved, seconded by Crichton, that Counci j approve Claims
numbered 8256 through 8260, totalling $20,447.05, and payrol I
checks numbered 3882 and 3863, totalling $180.39. Motion
carried unanimously.
January Counci I Meetings
Feyerelsen moved, seconded by Wingert that January Counci I Meetings
be scheduled at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Hall on Monday, JUIlUllIl'y 12th
and Monday, January 26th. Motion carried unanimously.
Adjournment
Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, that the meeting adjourn at
