Call to Order
Purauant to due call and notice thereof Mayor Henry J. Crapeau, Jr.
called the aeating to order at 6: 00 p.m.

Roll Call
Preaent: Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen Charlie
Crichton, Ward Hanaon, Robert Woodburn.
Absent - Councilman J.... Wing.rt.
Also Present - Clerk Administrator Charlotte McNiesh, Parks nirectcr
Jobn Buckley, Public Works Superintendant I.d Johanaen.
Park Department Pickup Truck
Hanson moved, seconded by Crichton, that tha March 10th aotion
approving purchaaa of a truck froa Rosedale Chevrolet ba reacinded.
Motion carried unanimoualy.
Council reviewed the specifications and advertiaement for bid.
for a 9100 G.V.W. Pickup Truck with plow and contractor box
and hoiat. Crichton moved, seconded by Hanaon that the Spec-
ificationa and advartisement for bids be approved. Motion
carried unanimoualy. Bida to be opened at 1:00 p.m. on March 3lat.
Johanaen reported that a dealer bad inapected the 3/4 ton truck,
which ia to be aold in fall; atated it could be ao1d by City
for $3,500-$4,000. Johanaen suggeated using $3,500 for budgeting
purposes. Hanaon requeated Johansen to check equipment coats
carefully in preparing 1981 budgets to prevent cost overruna.
Park Dedication - Bethel College
Hanson reportsd that Bethel College ia amenable to having trail.
on their campua to be uaed in aatiafaction of park dadication
requirementa of Bethel College Campus. (Area east of Old Bighway
10.) The College will maintain the trails. Banson moved,
aeconded by Crichton, that the Village Attorney prepare necessary
lagal documenta for thfa park "adication by Bethel College.
Motion carried unanimoualy. (Lynden to confer with Hanaon re
detaUs. )
Public Worka Employees - Sick Leave
Johanaen reported that Brunette ia atill home with back problema
and Waldoch will be having aurgery shortly - may have to add
temporary emp10yae if they aren't able to return to work soon.
