NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TCAAP Joint Development Authority Board of Commissioners (JDA)
will hold a special JDA meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.04, subdivision 2, on
Wednesday, July 2, 2025, commencing at 5:30 p.m., at Arden Hills City Hall, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden
Hills, Minnesota, for the following purpose:
1. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b), to conduct a closed
session pursuant to the attorney-client privilege to engage in confidential attorney-
client communications and litigation strategy related to potential litigation with Alatus
Arden Hills, LLC.
