Village Hall Call to Order Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Crepeau called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. '... ~ Roll Call Present - Mayor Henry J. Crepeau Jr., Councilmen Robert Woodburn, James Wingert, Charlie Crichton, Ward Hanson. Absen t - None Also Present - Treasurer Donald Lamb, Clerk Administrator Charlotte McNiesh. , . Business from the Floor None 1980 Vil13ge Appointments Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve the 1980 appointments as attached. Motion carried unan- moua1y. Oaths of Office Mayor Crepeau administered the oaths of office to Treasurer Donald Lamb and Clerk Administrator Charlotte McNiesh. Resolutions re Village Depositories and Telephone Transfer of.Funds Hanaon moved, seconded, by Wingert, that Council approve Resolution No. 80-1, DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES AND CORP- ORATE AUTHORIZATION RESOLUTION. Motion carried unanimously. Wingert moved, seco,nded by Crichton, that Council approve Resolution No. 80-2, DESIGNATION OF ADDITIONAL DEPOSITORIES FOR INVESTMENT PURPOSES. Motion carried unanimously. Crichton moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council approve Resolution No. 80-3, RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS. Motion carried unanimously. 1980 Committee Appointments Wingert moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council approve 1980 Committee appointments as attached. Motion carried unanimously. Case No. 78-23 - Mounds View Hi~h School Special Use Permit Wingert reported that the Special Use Permit has a special condition requiring Council approval of landscaping for the entire site prior to issuing the Certificate of Occupancy. Dr. Christiansen, representative of School District No. 621, contacted Wingert, said school needs space desperately, could have landscape plana ready shortly and requested a tempDrary certificate of occupancy. . After discussion, Woodburn moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council approve issuing a temporary, rescindable Certificate of Occupancy contingent upon landscape approval within 30 days.' Motion carried unanimously. Water Service - 1257 Ingerson Road Counc11reviewed Johansen memo (1-2-80) re cost to install water service line which was not installed with the Water Improvement No. 68-3 project. Property was assessed $130 for the service line. Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council authorize Emmett McCarthy to install the line at a cost of $728. Motion carried unanimously. It was noted that this does not include restoration of road .urface.
