RESOLUTION NO. 2025-053
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A COMMITTEE AND APPOINTING MEMBERS
ARDEN HILLS 75TH ANNIVERSARY PLANNING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City Council appoints residents to serve in an advisory capacity to the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish the formation of a 75th Anniversary
Planning Committee regarding planning for the recognition of and potential events related to the
City's 751h Anniversary in 2026; and
WHEREAS, this Committee will be comprised of two City Council Liaisons, City Staff
Liaisons and volunteers; and
WHEREAS, this Committee will research and propose options and/or recommendations
to the City Council regarding recognizing the City's 75th Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, this Committee shall meet at an agreed upon schedule and perform related
matters as necessary to meet its goal within a to be determined timeframe and in accordance with
additional guidance or direction to be provided by the City Council.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
that the following are hereby appointed to serve on the Arden Hills 75th Anniversary Planning
Committee:
• Greg Rubenstein • Dan Lamatsch
• Marcie Jefferys • Steve Shumaker
• Rita Lamatsch
