''\ Minutes of Regular Council Meeting June 27. 1983 Page Six The need for the Petty Cash fund waa queried. McNiesh explained that it is in the amount of $275.00 and is used for small cash purchases by the various'departments; noted that the summer parks program requires payment of admissions for roller skating, tubin8. baseball 8smes. etc. plus bus fares and supplies. After discussion, it was moved by Christiansen that Council auth- orize a separate Petty Cash Fund for the exclusive use of the Parks and Recreation Department in the amount of $250.00; Director of Parks and Recreation Dept. to be directly reaponsible for this . Petty Cash Fund. which ia subject to review at the end of the year. Motion waa seconded by Hieks, and carried unanimoualy (5-0). Christiansen moved that Council approve the Payroll and the check for Petty Cash. Motion was seconded by McAllister and cerried unanimously.
