UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Review Presbyterian Homes Renewal and Renovation TIF Request <br /> Ostlund noted a potential conflict of interest with the project as his wife is <br /> employed by Presbyterian Homes& Services and the architect is a client of his. <br /> John Mehrkens offered,upon request,to provide additional information on <br /> previous projects that TIF was used by Presbyterian Homes& Services. The TIF <br /> run was only calculated on one of the two parcels of property. Kvilvang will re- <br /> run the TIF run calculating both parcels. <br /> A motion was made that Council approve TIF for Presbyterian Homes& <br /> Services with or without the library. <br /> Motioned:Jeff Johnson <br /> Seconded: Arlene Mitchell <br /> Johnson recommended that the FPAC create a long term policy regarding TIF. <br /> The policy would be used to set criteria and priority for future projects. <br /> A motion was made that a Long Term Policy for TIF is added to the October <br /> FPAC meeting.
