CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Jim Ostlund at 6:00 pm.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Jeff Johnson; Arlene Mitchell;Jim Ostlund; Katharine Peters,
MEMBERS NOT PRESENT:John Braun, David Grant,Council Liaison
OTHERS PRESENT: Bob Streetar,Jill Hutmacher, Sue Iverson, Kyle Howard
Call to Order
1. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

2. APPROVAL OF January 11,2011,MINUTES

3. UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS
• A. Continue discussion on developing a TIF policy
Guest speakers Bob Streetar and Jill Hutmacher spoke to the group about their individual
knowledge about TIF and gave examples on how it has been used in other cities. The group then
asked questions and proceeded to have a robust discussion on TIF.
The group decided to meet again on March 29th to further discuss and further refine the TIF white
paper.
4. REPORTS
A. Report from the City Council
There were no reports from the council, due to the absents of Mayor Grant.
5. ADJOURNMENT
