ORDINANCE NO. 378
AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO INCLUDE SPECIAL EDUCATION AND
HIGHER EDUCATION AS SPECIAL USES IN THE B-4 ZONE
THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL ORDAINS THAT SECTION 5.E OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE (ORDINANCE 291) IS AMENDED TO INCLUDE SPECIAL
EDUCATION AND HIGHER EDUCATION AS SPECIAL USES IN THE B-4 ZONE.

Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day after the publication date.
Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills the 21 st day of

Ordinance #378 to add Special
Education and Higher Education as
Special Uses in the 8.4 Zone (RetajJ
Center District).
The adoption of Arden Hills Ordinance
