ORDINANCE NO. 374
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE CONTAINMENT OF REFUSE AND REFUSE
CONTAINERS
THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL ORDAINS THAT SECTION 6.G.2.a OF
ORDINANCE 291 OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS IS AMENDED TO READ AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 6.G.2.a
a. "Containment. In all districts, any waste materials, debris, refuse or garbage shall
be stored and kcpt in accordance with the requirements of Section 620.04, Subd. 4 of
the City Municipal Code, as the same may be amended from time to time.
e Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the 20th day of April, 2006.
Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of thc City of Arden Hills the J Oth day of
April, 2006.
