ORDINANCE NO. 363
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO LIQUOR LICENSE
THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL ORDAINS THAT SECTION 510.01,
SUBDIVISION 4-F, RELATED TO "PLACES INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE" IS
HEREBY ADDED TO THE ARDEN HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE TO READ AS
FOLLOWS:
City Code Section 510.01, Subd. 4; Places Ineligible for License.
. CHANGES TO LIQUOR LICENSE
Section 510.01
Subd.4-F No license shall be granted for any premises which
is not in compliance with the City's Building Code, Fire Code or
Development Regulations, subject to annual review.
Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills on the 9th day of
May, 2005.
