A special meeting may be called by the JDA Chair or two JDA members.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TCAAP Joint Development Authority Board of Commissioners (JDA)
will hold a special JDA meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.04, subdivision 2, on Monday,
July 21, 2025, commencing at 2:00 p.m., at Arden Hills City Hall, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills,
Minnesota. Some members may be participating in this special meeting by interactive technology. The Special
Closed Meeting will be held for the following purpose:
1. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b), to conduct a closed
session pursuant to the attorney-client privilege to engage in confidential attorney-
client communications related to litigation with Alatus Arden Hills, LLC.
