COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 337 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 210.02, Subd. 1; 210.02, Subd. 2; and 210.03, Subd. 1, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS 210.02 Salaries. Subd. 1. The salary of the mayor shall be fixed at the rate of at three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600) per annum payable by iustallments as determined by City Council Resolution. Subd. 2. The salary of each councilmember shall be fixed at the rate of three thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200) per annum payable by installments as determined by City Couneil Resolution. . 210.03 Council Meetings. Subd. 1 Regular Meetings. The City Council shall have regular meetings on the second and last Mondays of each month and shall have regular workshops on the third Monday of each month at times to be determined by City Council Resolution which shall be kept on file with the City Administrator. If a regular or workshop meeting date falls on a holiday, the meeting shall be conducted on the next following business day. Council meetings may be adjourned and special meetings may be called at any other time by two or more City Council members or as the Mayor may deem necessary. The first meeting of the year shall be held on the second day of January unless the second day of January shall fall upon Saturday or Sunday, in which event the meeting shall be held on Monday the third or fourth. All meetings shall be held in the city hall except as . otherwise, from time to time may be designated by City Council Resolution.
