AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 291,
THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS ZONING ORDINANCE
The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that the City of Arden Hills Ordinance
291, Zoning Ordinance, is amended to read as follows:
Section 6 (C) #1 Setbacks
d. Lakeshore Setbacks. Minimum lakeshore setbacks are established by Minnesota DNR
for all development abutting lakes. No building shall be located within the following
minimum lakeshore setbacks:
