Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Woodburn called the meeting to
order at 7:00 p.m.

Karen Olsen discussed with Council the status of union negotiations and
parameters for further negotiations.

Hansen moved, seconded by Hicks,

Hicks moved, seconded by Sather, that the Claims and Payroll be approved as
submitted. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0)
Adiournment
Hansen moved, seconded by Hicks,
