Absent - None. Also Present - Treasurer Donald Lamb, Clerk Administrator Charlotte McNlesh. . Approval of Minutes Hicks moved, seconded by Mulcahy, that the t~1 nutes of the , December 17th Council Meeting be approved as submitted. Motion carried un an I mous I y . Ordinance No. 235 , AmendIng Chapters 8 an d 14 an d Appendix A of the City Code Counci I rev iewed correctIons to the ordInance draft prepared by Attorney Lynden. Mulcahy moved, seconded by Hicks, to dispense with the reading and adopt Ordinance No. 235, AN ORD I NANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 8 AND 14 AND APPENDIX A OF THE ARDEN HILLS CODE OF ORDINANCES TO CHANGE NUMEROUS PROVISIONS CONTAINED THEREIN, as corrected. l~ot Ion carried unanimously. (5 -0) Purchase of TV Monitors Counc I I reviewed the December 18th letter from the North Suburban Cable Commission. Hicks move d, seconded by Hansen, that Council approve the purchase of a 13 inch color TV monitor, as outlined In the I etter, for $323.40. ~10t Ion carried unanimously. (5 -0) Fire Board Meeting H an s e n reported that a meeting of the Fire Board, to discuss pension fun d accrued liabilities, was scheduled for J anua ry 14th. Meeting date wI I I have to be chan ged due to con f I I ct with Counc I I meeting. 1985 Appo I ntments ~.layor Woodburn presented a tentative list of staff and consultant appol ntments and Council liaisons to various committees. Final act Ion on 1985 ap pol n tmen ts and committee membership was deferred to the January 2nd meeting. Claims Hicks moved, seconded by Hansen, that the Claims be approved as submitted. t~otJon carrIed unanimously. (5-0 ) .
