IS HEREBY ADDED TO ZONING ORDINANCE #291 OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS TO READ AS FOLLOWS: Section IV. A. Re-Zoning The official map for the City of Arden Hills is hereby amended to indicate that the described property in Exhibit A is being re-zoned from an R-l zone (Single Family Residential District) and 1-2 zone (General Industrial District) to a CC zone (Civic . Center District). Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication. Adoption Date.
