STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS ORDINANCE NO. 312 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PARKING REGULATIONS The Arden Hills City Council ordains that Section 26-3 ofthe Arden Hills Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 26-3. Parking Regulations (a) Winter Parking Regulations Except in compliance with the directions of a law enforcement officer or in compliance with regulatory parking signs placed by a law enforcement officer or employee of the City, no person shall park any vehicle on the improved portion of any street or highway in the City during the period oftime commencing immediately after the accumulation thereon of two or more inches of snow and continuing thereafter until snow removal or plowing has been completed. (b) Overnight Parking No vehicle shall be parked on any street for more than 30 minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. - (c) Parking in Residential Districts Parking in Residential Districts shall be limited to the use of the occupants of those residences and their guests. (d) On-Public-Street Parking On-Public-Street Parking shall not exceed six continuous hours. (e) Vehicles Including But Not Limited To Buses. Motor Coaches. Trailers. Cabs. School Buses and Trucks Over 12.000 Pounds No motor vehicle or trailer with a rated gross weight exceeding 12,000 pounds shall be parked or stored in a residential zone except when loading, unloading or rendering a service.
