ORDINANCE NO. 298
An ordinance amending section V (E) of the Zoning Ordinance
for the City of Arden Hills and adding section II (D) (127)
and X (H) to the Zoning Ordinance relating to School Bus
Terminals.
The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Section V
(E) of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Arden Hills is
hereby amended, and Sections II (D) (127) and X (H) are
hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Arden
Hills to read as follows:
V (E) . Land Use Chart. The land use chart contained in
Section V (E) is hereby amended to include the
following designation. In all other respects the
provisions of Section V (E) , including the
. introductory paragraph, shall remain the same.

II (D) (127) . Schools. Bus Terminal. School Bus Terminals
shall be a building or space engaged primarily in the
transportation and activities associated with the
transportation of students.
H. SCHOOL BUS TERMINAL.
In addition to the requirements set forth in this
Ordinance, school bus terminals are subject to the
following requirements:
. A school bus terminal site must be located
within three hundred (300 ) feet of an
existing general education school.
.
. . A school bus terminal site must be located
adjacent to both a major arterial and
collector road and have direct access to one
of these roads.
Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective the
day following its publication.
