Ordinance No. 297
Chapter 18 Peddlers, Solicitors
and Transient Merchants.
On September 12, 1994 the Arden Hills City Council approved
Ordinance No. 297 which amends Chapter 18 of the Arden Hills
Municipal Code relating to Peddlers. The City Council by an
affirmative vote of at least four Councilmembers, directed that a
summary of Ordinance No. 297 be published in the City's official
Newspaper and that a printed copy of Ordinance No. 297 be posted
on the City'S bulletin board and otherwise be made available for
inspection at the City offices during regular business hours.
Ordinance No. 297 contains regulations relating to the
, registration, hours of operation, exemptions and definitions of
peddlers, solicitors, or transient merchants who operate within
the City of Arden Hills.
Effective Date: Ordinance No. 297 shall become effective on the
day following publication of the Ordinance or an approved
Ordinance Summary.
Adootion Date: Passed by the City Council
