MINUTES OF THE ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
Thursday, November 8, 1990 - 4:30 PM, ci ty Hall
CALL TO ORDER Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,
Mayor Sather called the meeting to order
. at 4:30 PM
ROLL CALL The roll being called, the following
members were present: Mayor Thomas
Sather, Councilmembers Paul Malone and Nancy Hansen.
Councilmember Thomas Mahowald arrived at 4:35 PM. Also
present: Clerk Administrator Gary Berger and Deputy Clerk
Catherine Iago.
CANVASS ELECTION Moved by Malone, seconded by Hansen,
that council certify canvass of the
November 6, 1990 election, declaring Thomas R. Sather as Mayor
for a four year term, and Nancy Hansen and JoAnn Growe as
Councilmembers for a four year term, and Thomas A. Mahowald as
Councilmember for the two year unexpired term. Motion carried
unanimously (3 -0) .
SCHEDULE MEETING Councilmember Malone moved, seconded
by Hansen, to schedule a meeting to
discuss Keithson Pond on November 19, at 7:00 PM and directed
the Clerk Administrator to notify the affected property owners
of this meeting. Motion carried unanimously (4-0) .
ADJOURN Moved by Malone, seconded by Hansen,
that the meeting be adjourned at 4:45
. PM. Motion carried unanimously (4-0) .
