ORDINANCE NO. 272
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 26, ARTICLE I, SECTION 26-3
OF THE ARDEN HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
WINTER PARKING REGULATIONS
The City Council of the City of Arden Hills hereby ordains that
Chapter 26, Article I, Section 26-3 of the Arden Hills Municipal
Code shall be amended to read as follows:
Section 26-3. Winter Parkinq Requlations. No person shall park
any vehicle, except in compliance with the directions of a law
enforcement officer or in compliance with regulatory parking signs
placed by a law enforcement officer, on the improved portion of
any street or highway in the City during the following time
periods:
(a) Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. from
October 15th to April 15th; and
. (b) During a period of time commencing immediately after the
accumulation thereon of 2 inches or more of snow and
continuing until snow removal or plowing has been
completed.
Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective the day
following its publication.
Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills the 24 of September '=i "
