The City Council Ordains 88 an AmeAdmenl to the
Artfen Hills MuniCipal Code:
Chapter 4, Article I, Dlvtslon 5, Section 5-6 of the
Arden Hills MuniCipal Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Section 5-6. Lawful GlImbllng Fund. All organiza-
tions licensed to conduct lawful gambling within the City
of Arden Hills shalt contribute 10 percent of lneir nel
profits derived from lawful gambling activities within lhe
Cfty of Arden HUIs toa special fund to be administered
by the Arden Hills CIty Council for lawtul gambling pur-
poses. Paymenl$ to1he fund shaH be calCulated for
qualterly periods ending on the last days of March,
June, September and ~ber of each year. Quarter-
ly inslaUment payments shall be submitted, together
with verifiable supporting doalmentation, no later lhan
the 20th day of the month following the end of the
quar19f1yperlod'l
This Ordinance shan be in lull force and effect from

ORDINANCE NO. 267
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE I, DIVISION 5,
SECTION 5-6 OF THE ARDEN HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
GAMBLING.
The City Council ordains as an Amendment to the Arden Hills
Municipal Code:
Chapter 4, Article I, Division 5, Section 5-6 of the Arden
Hills Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 5-6. Lawful Gamblinq Fund. All organizations
licensed to conduct lawful gambling within the City of Arden
Hills shall contribute 10 percent of their net profits
derived from lawful gambling activities within the City of
Arden Hills to a special fund to be administered by the
Arden Hills City Council for lawful gambling purposes.
. Payments to the fund shall be calculated for quarterly
periods ending on the last days of March, June, September
and December of each year. Quarterly installment payments
shall be submitted, together with verifiable supporting
documentation, no later than the 20th day of the month
following the end of the quarterly period.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its date of publication.
