ORDINANCE NO. 264
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 2-44, 2-45 AND 2-46
OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO LEGISLATION
The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains:
Sections 2-44, 2-45 and 2-46 of the City Code are hereby
repealed.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be effective from and after
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 11th day of
September , 1989.
