SECTION 1. Pursuant to provlslons of the Arden Hills
Zoning Ofdlnance, an application to rezone a parcel
of land on the West Bide of lexington Avenue, between
Grey Fox Road and Red Fox Road, was submitled by
Mr. Scott Roberts. The Planning Commissiori con.-

ORDINANCE NO. 261
AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PORTION OF LEXINGTON AVENUE
FROM (GENERAL INDUSTRIAL) 1-2 TO (GENERAL BUSINESS) B-2
The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to provisions of the Arden Hills Zoning Ordinance, an
application to rezone a parcel of land on the West side of Lexington
Avenue, between Grey Fox Road and Red Fox Road, was submitted by Mr. Scott
Roberts. The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this
request on August 2, 1989, and the City Council considered this request at
their August 14, 1989 regular Council meeting.
As determined by the City Council and based on recommendation by the
Planning Commission, the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning District Map of the
City shall be changed to reflect that the following described parcel of
land is hereby rezoned from "1-2 to B-2":
The North 797.1 feet of the East 525.6 feet except the North 373 feet
of the SE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, MN.
. The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to have future printings of
the Zoning District Map changed to reflect the said rezoning.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 14th day of August, 1989.
