he/she is the publisher or authorized agent and employee of the publisher of the newspaper
known as New Brighton Bulletin , and has full knowledge of the facts which

(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as
a qualified newspaper, as provided by Minnesota Statute 331A.02, 331A.07, and other applicable

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH 6. d. OF
THE SECOND SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT PROVISIONS
IN SECTION 21.8 OF ARDEN HILLS CODE,
WHICH PERTAINS TO SPECIAL EVENT SIGNS,
BY DELETING "COUNCIL APPROVAL REQUIRED" AND
SUBSTITUTING "NOT REQUIRED"
The City Council of the City of Arden Hills ordains:
Section I. Amendment to Section 21.8 of Arden Hills Code.
Par'agr.aph 6. d. of tt'le second Sclledule of District Provisions in Sectlon 2 i-8
of ttle Arden Hills Code. wllicrl Schedule pertains to Commer-cial and
. Industr'ial Districts and which Paragraph pertains to special event signs, is
hereby amended by deieting from the column entitled" Initial Review and
Approval" the phrase "Council approval required" and by substituting
therefor the phrase "Not required".
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from
and after its passage and pub I i cat ion.
