RESOLUTION NO. 76-65
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING QUARTERLY SEWER
CHARGES EFFECTIVE JANUARY I, 1977
.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 195, passed by the Arden Hills
CIty Councl I on December 27, 1976, authorizes the Council to
establish quarterly charges for categorIes of properties
connected to the Arden HI I Is sanItary sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Commlttee--after a thorough
review of the rate structure for sewer usage--has recommended
In Its November 17, 1976 minutes that the Councl I Increase the
rates charged quarterly to certain categories of properties
for their use of the Arden HI I Is sanitary sewer system,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City
Councl I of the City of Arden Hi lis that the following rates be
charged quarterly to the owners of the following categorIes of
properties:

Mob I Ie home or trailer $11.00
Apartment $11.00 each unit
All other buildings $ 0.63/ 1,000 gallons consumed
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the foregoing rates shal I
be effective as of January I; 1977 and shall remain In effect
untl' changed by further ResolutIon adopted by the City Counci I.
