RESOLUTION APPOINTiNG WARD M. HANSON COUNCiL-
MAN TO FILL UNEXP I RED TERM OF I'll LLl AM W'ERE i SEN
WHEREAS a vacancy exisTs on the Arden Hil Is City Counci I
due to the resignation of William Feyereisen, and
WHEREAS the Council desires to fl II the vacancy for the
unexpired term, and
WHEREAS Ward M. Hanson was elected as Councilman on Novem-
ber 2nd to a four-year term beginning January I, 1977;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED, that the Council hereby
appoints Ward M. H~~., Counei Iman, through December 31, 1976.
Passed by the Arden Hills Council on the 4th day of
November, 1976.
