RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION AND
SALE OF THREE PARCELS OF TAX FORFEITED LAND

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey
County by Resolution No. 76-1193 dat",d October 4,1976,
Classified as non-conservation land, certain land lying Nithln
the limits of the City of Arden Hills; and
WHEREAS, a eertifled copy of the elassification resolution
together \dth a !ist of the land classified has been submitted
for approval of the classifleatlon and sale of the land
classified in aeeordance flith MSA, Section 282.01, sub. I;
NOl'I , THERE FORE, BE IT RESOLVE D that the c I ass if I cat I on
of the land shown on said list as non-conservation land and
the sale thereof be and hereby is approved; and
SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and hereby
is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution
in the Office of the Land Commissioner.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 25th day of
October, 1976.
