Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
city Council of the City of Arden Rills
Ramsey Coun'cy, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
. of the city Council of the city of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
dul.y held at the City Ball in said City on Monday, the 27th day
of September, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and
Councilmen Woodburn and Wingert1 and the following were absent:
Councilmen Crichton. Councilman Feyereisen resigned on August
9, 1976 and no replacement has been named.
Councilman Woodburn introduced and moved the adoption of
the following resolution:

RESOLUTIOli APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIOnS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEME1~:r FOR BIDS ON
LITTLE CROW ADDITION IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council
on September 13, 1976, the City consulting Engineers have
, prepared planlJ and specifications for Little Crow Addition
Improvement and h~ve presented such plans and specifications
to the Council for approval.
THEREFORE, BE I'l' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN

BILLS, MIl~mSOTA:
1. such plans and specifications, copies of which are
attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause
to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper,
and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids

upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The
advertisement for. Little Crow Addition Improvement shall be
published as required by law, i!lhall specify the work to be
done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for
such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the
city Clerk Administrator until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on October 12,
1976, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City
Hall by the City Clerk Administrator and City Consulting
Engineers, will then be tabulated, and will bl1l~cpnsidered by
the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on October 12 , 1976
in the Council Chambers and that no bids will be considered
'IDless sealed and filed with the Clerk Administrator and
accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond
payable to the Clerk Administrator for ten percent (10%) of the
amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman wingert and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All, and the
following against: None, whereupon said resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
