Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the city Council of the City of Arden Bills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, at 1450 west Highway 96,
st. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 21iA day of SeDtember. 1976,

The following members were present: Crepeau, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: none

moved its adoption:

RESOLU'l'ION RELATING 'l'O APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING 'l'O SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 6
BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the city of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for sanitary Sewer Improvement
No.6 as last finally adopted on November 1. 1963. was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 3,
1963, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes cOJIIl\encing in 19641 and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
. contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con-
veyed by previous property owner81 and

WHEREAS, the Cour.ty Auditor of Ramsey county requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed. be
made by the city Council of the City of Arden Bills in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the county Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, cCI\llllencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1964 and thereafter.
NOW, TBEREFOIIE, the city council of the city of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessment. as contained in said assessment roll of November 1,
1963, against the following described property:

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
