Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the city Council of the City of Arden Hills, R8tl\sey County,
Minnesota, was';duly held in the City HeJ.l at 1450 West Highway 96.

BE 1'1' RESOLVED. by the City council of the City of Arden
Bills, Minnesota, as follows;
WHEREAS. the assessment roll for Consolidated water Improve-
ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September
24, 1968, was filed and certified to the county Auditor of
Ramsey County on November 1, 1968, for the purpose of including
installments thereof to be collected along with real estate
taxes commencing in 1969: and
WHEREAS. since that date a number of parcels of propert-lf
contained witbinJUl.1a &8sesement roll:bave been.divided7and,cen-
veyed by previous property owners: and

WHEREAS, the County Auditol: of Ramsey COtmty requires that
apportionment of ~~e original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the county Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Arden
Bills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September
24, 1968, against the following described properties.

The motion for tile adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman
Woodb urn
and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crepeau, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following voted against the SaIne: none
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
