RESOLUTION AWA.1IDING BID FOR A PORTION OF
IMPROVEMENT NO. )?-SS-W-ST-75-1
(County Road F)
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above
improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said city,
said bids were received on August 20, 1976, at 2:00 o'clock
p.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the

City of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and Clerk Adminis-;:rator are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a contract with
H.W. Houle Co., Inc.
for $ 155.173.30
in the name of the city of Arden Hills for the above improve-
ment according to the plans and specifications thereof here-
tofore 2'.pproved by the city ~Cluncil and 011 file in the office
of the City Clerk Adr!!.inistrator.
2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and
directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their bids except the dsposits of the successful bidder
and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts
have been signed.
The motion was seconded by councilman

and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Crepeau, Crichton, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following voted against:
none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
