Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, Minnesota, was 13th held in the City Ball in said City on Monday, the ~lxdl day of Sept. ~M~ll)( 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau. Councl !men Crichton, Wingert, Woodburn and the following were absent: none Councilman Criehton introduced the following reso- lution and moved its a.doption: Resolution No. 76-45 RESOLUTION ORDER;F;;n LITTLE CROW ADDITION IMPROVEMENT PURSUAm' TO PETITION BY 10~ OF 0WNEr-S OF AFE'EC'l'ED PROPERTY . WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners of the real property on Indian place south of County Road E in the City of Arden Hills requesting that the Council install sanitary sewer, watermain, and street at said location and requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed against their property, and WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted JUly 26, 1976, a report has been prepared by the City conSUlting engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report was received by the Council on August 23, 1976. "'. NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'l' RE30LVED by the City Council of the . city of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The aforesaid petition is si9I1ed by the owners of all property affected by said requested improvement in accordance with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). 2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as proposed in the report of the City consulting engineer. 3. The City consulting engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. Be shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Woodburn , and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau, Crlehton, Wingert, Woodburn and the following voteQ against: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
