RESOLUTION NO. 76-37
RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE
OF RESIGNATION OF COUNCILMAN WILLIAM FEYEREISEN
AND DECLARING THAT A VACANCY EXISTS, AS COUNCIl-
MAN.
WHEREAS, Councilman WII Ijam Feyerelsen Is moving out of
the State of Minnesota for approximately ten months, and
WHEREAS, a lettar of resignation has been received by the
Arden Hills Council from Councilman William Feyeraisen, resignation
to be effective August 15, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the City Counci I has accepted sold resignation;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a vacancy aXi~t;.J6~- .
the Arden Hills Counei I for the office of Counellman tor the unexpired
term, which Is until December 31,1976,
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 9th day of August, 1976,
