Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council
of the City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Hinnesota
.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Hinnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on
Monday, the 19th day of July, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m,
The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Crepeau and
Councilmen Crichton, t1ingert, Feyereisen and Woodburn
and the following were absent: None
Councilman Wingert introduced and moved the adoption
of the following resolution:

RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON UlPROVEr.1ENT NO, 76-1
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the
City of Arden Hills generally north and east of Karth Lake
to the city limits by the installation of sanitary sewer
and watermain for those portions of the area not now pre-
sently sewered or watered, and to assess the benefited pro-
perty for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to !linnesota Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111
(Minn. Statutes 1961),
NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, UINNESOTA:

That the proposed improvenent be referred to the City
Consulting Engineers for study and that they are instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed im-
provement is feasible and as to whether it should best be
made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Crichton and upon vote being
taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota,
do hereby certify that I have,carefullyconpared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
City Council of said City held on the 19th day of July, 1976,
with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same
relates to Improvement No. 76-1,
