Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
.
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota,
was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the
26th day of July, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: I4ayor Crepeau and
Councilmen Crichton, Noodburn, ~lingert and Feyereisen and
the following were absent: None
Councilman Feyereisen introduced and moved the adoption
of the following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-35
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARl\TION OF REPORT ON
LITTLE CROW ADDITION I~~ROVEl,mNT
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement
in the City of Arden Hills, on Indian Place south of County
Road E by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
and street, filed with the Council on 9-Y- ",f'~. /7' 7~ ,
is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage
of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Sec. 429.035.

NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:
That the petition be referred to the City Consulting
Engineers for study and that they are instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as pro-
posed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Crichton and upon vote being
taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All;
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden HillS, Minnesota, do
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
City Council of said City held on the 26th day of July, 1976,
with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same
relates to Little Crow Addition Improvement.
