Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the City Council of the City of Ardon Bills Ramsey COt\l1ty, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 19th day of July, 1~76, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and Councilmen Wingert, Feyereisen, crichton and Woodburn and the following were absent: None Councilman Crichton introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: Resolution No. 76-32 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR RIPS ON A PORTION OF D-lPROVEMENT P-SS-W-ST-75-l (COUNTY ROAD F) WHEEEAS, pursuant to a resolution ?assed by the City Council on April 26, 1976, Banister, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson & Associates has prepared plans and specifications for a portion of Improvement P-SS-W-ST-75-l (County Road F) and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. . . ~ . ". THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDE~i HILLS, MIHNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, and in the Construction BUlletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for a portion of Improvement P-SS-W-ST-75_l (County Road F) shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be opened and considered by the City Clerk Administrator and City Consulting Engineer at 2:00 o'clock p.m. on August 20, 1976, in the City Hall, that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Clerk Administrator for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Woodburn and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted ill favor: All and the following against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ~"
