RESOLUTION NO, 76-30
RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTiONS
ON COUNTY ROAD F {SAP 187-101-011 FROM
HAMLINE AVENUE TO LEXINGTON AVENUE (CSAH 51)
.
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has planned the
improvement of County Road F to Lexington Avenue, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hi I Is wi I I be expending
Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement of said
Street, and;
WHEREAS, said Improvement does not conform to the
approved minimum standards as previously adopted for such
Municipal State Aid Streets and that approval of the
proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street
project must tnerefore be conditioned upon certain parking
restrictions, and;
WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would
be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this
construction as a Municipal State Aid project in the City
of I\rden Hi lis has been determined,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City
of Arden Hi lis shall restrict al I parking of motor vehicles
on this section of roadway at al I times,
