RESOLUTION NO. 76-27
RESOLUTION ABATING BALANCE OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST
PROPERTY ACQUIRED FROM JOSEPH
BUSSARD AND GLADYCE E. BUSSARD
WHEREAS, by Warranty Deed dated February 12, 1976
the City of Arden Hills acqul red from Joseph Bussard and
Gladyce E. Bussard, husband and wife, for sanitary sewer
lift station purposes the parcel of land described for tax
purposes as follows, to-wit:
N 150 FT OF S 597.5 FT OF E 100 FT W
OF WL OF ANOKA CUTOFF OF NE 1/4 OF
SE 1/4 OF SEC 21, TWN 30, RANGE 23,
TRACT 2, and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Department of Property
Taxation has noted the conveyance of the above-described
parcel of land on its records as Division No. 50808, and
WHEREAS, said parcel of land is subject to special
assessments heretofore placed thereon by the City of Arden
Hills In connection with the construction of Consolidated
Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 (Auditor's No.
840/D.P. No. 63>, and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hi lis City Counci I by Resolution
No. 76-26, passed on May 10, 1976, a certified copy of which
wi II be fl led In the office of the Ramsey County Department
of Property Taxation, has apportioned the original special
assessment for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos.
12 and 13 between the tract of land retained by Joseph Bussard
and Gladyce E. Bussard, husband and wife, and the aforedescrlbed
parcel of land conveyed to the City of Arden Hills, the amount
thereof apportioned to the aforedescribed parcel of land being
$1,500.00, and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Councl I Is desirous
of abating the balance thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City
Council of the City of Arden Hills that the balance of said
special assessment In the sum of $1,050.00 is hereby In all
things abated, annul led and canceled.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator
of the City of Arden HI I Is be and she hereby Is authorized to
cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be fl led with the
Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation for the purpose
of showing the foregoing cancellation and abatement on Its
records.

day of May, 1976.
