pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall
the 10th day of Mav

The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau,
Counci Imen Crichton, Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: none
Councilman Cri~hton introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 7F.-?F.
RESOLUTION RELATING TO
APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING
TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for consolidated Sanitary
. Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on september
. 2B, 1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor

of Ramsey County, on October 28, 1970 for the purpose of
including installments thereof to be collected along with
real estate taxes commencing in 1971: and
WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re-
assessments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary sewer
Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970,
at which time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary sewer
Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by
said resolution of said date, to be certified and filed
in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey county, on
December 30, 1970: and
WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels
of property contained within said assessment roll as amended
have been divided and conveyed by a previous property
owner: and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each
original tract where it has later been divided, sold or
conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden
HillS, in order that the proper assessment can be extended
by the county Auditor against each parcel of property there-
after, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the
year 1971 and thereafter.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills does hereby make the fOllowing apportionment of
original assessments as contained in said assessment roll
of September 28, 1970 and as amended as of November 30, 1970
against the following described properties:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman
Woodburn
. and
upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Crepeau, Counci Imen Crichton,
Feyerelsen, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
