Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City council of the City of Arden HillS, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, at 1450 west Highway 96,

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMEN'l'S RELATING TO SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 6
BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the City of Arden Bills,
Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer :Improvement
No.6 as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was filed and
certified to the county Auditor of Ramsey County on December 3,
1963, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes cOIlIDencing in 1964: and
WHEREAS, since that date a nurriber of parcels of property
. contained wi thin said assessment roll have been divided and con-
veyed by previous property owners, and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided. sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the county Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter. commencing with an assessment
to be collected in the year 1964 and thereafter.
NOW. TBEREFOBE, the City Council of the City of Arden Bills,
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of November 1, 1963,
against the following described property:

The Clerk Administrator of the city of Arden Hills is hereby
authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to
certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by
Woodburn
, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau, Crichton,
Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn.
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
