Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the city Council of the city of Arden Hills, Ra1nsey County,
Minnesota, was ,duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway 96,

Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn

Councilman Feyerelsen introduced the following reso-
lution and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RELATING '1'0 APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WA'l'ER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:

WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated water Improve-
ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September
24, 1968, was filed and certified to the county Auditor of
Ramsey County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including
installments thereof to be collected along with real estate
taxes canmencing in 1969: and
WHEREAS, since that date III number of parcels of property
contained within;said assessment: roll: have been.: divicled~ and, Cllft-
veyed by previous property owners: and

WHEREAS, the county Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden BillS, in order that
the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, camnencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the f0110winq apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 24, 1968,
against the followinq described properties:

'!'he Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Bills is hereby
authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to
certify the same to the county Auditor of Ramsey County. Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by councilman Woodburn
. and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau,
Crlchton~ Feyerelsen, Wingert, Woodburn
and the rol1owing vo't:ed against the same: None
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
