Extract of Min~tes of Meeting of the City Council City of pxden Hills County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the ~ day of Januarv 7: 30 1976, at a~ao o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn and the following were absent: None Councilman Feye re i sen introduced the follow- ing resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 12..::.l4 RESOLUTION RELATING 'l'O APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEM1i:N'l NO. 2 BE I'!' m:SOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 a.s last finally amended and adopted on OCtober 12, 1961, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County r . . .. on November 8, 1961, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes OO1llIIlencing in 1962; and WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassess- ments and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 was held on July 16, 1962, at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on October 3, 1962; and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous propertr' owners; and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter.
