Ramsey County. Minnesota, was duly held in the City Ball,
at 1450 West HighWay 96, St.

The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton,
Feyereisen, \'iingert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: None
Counci Iman Crichton introduced the following
resolution and IllOved its adoption:

RESOLU'l'ION RELATING '1'0 APPORTIOBMENT
OP ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SA1fITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 6
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arden Bills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer
Improvement No. 6 as last finally adopted on November 1,
1963, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of
Ramsey COUnty on December 3, 1963. for the purpose of
including installments thereof to be collected along with

real estate taxes commencing in 1964; and

WHEREAS, since that dat~ a number of parcels of pxo~
perty contained within said assessment roll have been
divided and conveyed by previous property ownersr and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires

that apportionment of the original assessment against each
original tract Where it has later been divided, sold or
conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden '
Hills in order that the proper assessment can be extended
by the County Auditor against each parcel of property
thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected
in the year 1964 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of
original assessments as contained in said assess.-nt roll
of November 1, 1963, against the following described
property:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
