RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS
AND A SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES FOR CERTAIN
ACTIVITIES IN THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS; ABOLISH-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 72-57, IN ITS ENTIRETY
WHEREAS, It Is the intention of the City Council tQ regulate
certain activities which operate for a limited time period, or
are of a temporary nature, by permit instead of license; and

WHEREAS, the City Counci I desires to authorize Administrative
approval of certain permits and Council approval of certain permits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that permits be required for
the fol lowing activities, with fees and permit approval as Indica-
ted:
